I always tell my affiliates to do what I do, Do what you want YOUR affiliates to do, and most importantly lead by example.

To be very simple - Batches tell that, you deserve from the rest of the others. It shows Your hard work and your rewards. Now to see in detail
Batches make you proud and motivate you to do your work and also to excel you. They show where you stand now and guides you where you can climb.
This ofcourse is a race where you are a winner and winner has to be awarded.
There is a theory called Maslow's hierarchy of needs. when a person is fulfilled with one he moves to the other like in a pyramid. people travel through 5 category. the first one is physiological ( like food, water etc) to second is safety (like health, money etc) third one is love/belonging (like friendship, family etc) and when he has passed these three stages he looks for something like ESTEEM (self esteem, achievement, respect of others, respect by others). This is where the badges attracts SFI affiliates.
SFI truly recognise our work and provide rewards accordingly not only with money and more with our ESTEEM.

This is really a good questions, badges are the best way to show your position and work. Just like a person gets a badge on his/her achievement so other persons can know what is the rank of the person having which badge, I am also very conscious about badges. If I lose any of my badges I try to get it back and also trying to get more badges, so it can motivate my down-line. Also it shows them what a hard worker their sponsor is. It's really encouraging them all. Tell your team the importance of the badges.

Yes!! Badges are some thing which gives beauty to your profile. I personally love to have so many badges. Having more badges reflects some ones interest towards SFI and which inspires a lot especially the one who joins newly.

I think to become a good leader you should decorate your profile with maximum number of badges because this shows your ability to lead a huge team. And makes good impression on your followers, whenever i see my team leaders badges i feel proud.

SFI badges are so important for obvious reasons:
1.) It shows if you are an active affiliate or not.
2.) If you are active, you gain leadership title. By your leadership title, it shows your dedication to your SFI business by having a number of PSAs and CSAs under your able leadership.
3.) Badges also reflect the kind of dedication you have with regards to your SFI business.
4.) Badges give you more prestige and command respect and obedience by your downlines.
5.) Badges enable you to gain more access to your downlines activities by gaining access to their VP ledgers that will tell you how active or not active they are.
6.) The more SFI badges affixed to your account, the more tasks you are engaged in and give you the level of expertise gained.

Badges show a personal accomplishment/commitment. I do not like to brag about my badges as I feel that is immature, but I will share with others the importance of getting their own badges. It's a great feeling to know I have earned them.
