Now that you already have a large and active downline, all I can say is congratulations! What you need to do next is to recognize and build Team Leaders. Management gurus insist that hierarchical management is more effective than centralized management in modern times. For that reason, if as an SFI affiliate you have a large downline, the first thing to do is to recognize persons in your team who also have management potentials then cede powers to them and encourage them to deliver. That way, you

Thanks for this question.

If you have a large active down line it means every one in the Team is doing fine in SFI business. What else you will ask for?? As Sponsor or Co-Sponsor we should very happy about it.

SFI has provided us with many Tools like:

1. Movers
2. Group Mailer System
3. Genealogy

All these Tools will help us know who is active, who is regular and who is irregular and who is inactive, etc.

When the down line is very

I haven't built a large, active downline yet, but I've watched how others manage theirs. Here are some ways you can easily manage your team, regardless of how many members you have:

1. Use your mailing list.
Either through your Genealogy, or set up a separate mailing list of your own and ask your team to sign up. Your most active members will sign up in a heartbeat!

2. Make use of your blog!
A blog is critical for business success. Your team can ask you specific

Hello Sharon,

It would be very time consuming to provide personalized attention to a large and active downline, and if you try to do it all by yourself, many of your active affiliates could fall through the cracks or feel that their needs are not being met.

Imagine for a moment that you are the CEO of a large company. You would of course hand-pick your best workers and delegate an important part of the operations to them. They, in turn, would do exactly the same with their

As Gery and his team have implemented fabulous communication tools which can enable us to build up rapport, touch base and enhance our communication channels with all our down line which is so readily available from our Genealogy where we can Identify who are our Movers, those who are new EAS and Team leaders this month to those who were EAs last month and yet to get EA2 and the list goes on including the PSA, CSA, group mailer, the various E-Cards that we can use to better manage and build up a

Managing your downline as it grows to large numbers is only as good as your small game.

I spent a few years in politics, and with politics you have to gain the close support of large numbers of people, but you do that through a bunch of meetings with smaller groups with an opportunity at the end for one to one discussion.

In Internet Marketing you can start with each person through a welcome mail that teaches them about resources like the search bar, forum, A2A, and Ask SC.

Hi,

While it os great to have a large downline, especially an active one, there is only so much that you can do. If you want to have a close, personal relationship with all of your workers, you are going to find that you have little time to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Fortunately, SFI has a great way to ensure that your downline is well serviced and you have some free time.

The initial aim is to build a team 3 to 5 strong. Servicing this many affiliates properly is going

SFI has the perfect platform for larg group management. As we have all been shown, it is important to work with your workers. We only need 5 committed affiliates to build a large team from. There are tools that allow us to reasign other active affiliates under each committed affiliate in our first line. Only assign affiliates to committed active team leaders or very active Executive Affiliates.

Bronze Team Leaders in my opinion are Team Leaders in training. They are active Excutive Affiliates

Hi Sharon,

It is a good question anyway.

SFI is a business platform where you are the boss of your own business. In any business, you will have wide ideas where you will expand your business by opening new branches and franchises and here we go, "how do we manage?".

First, you will have very active down line who are either on EA or EA2 Status. Then the growth, as you deliver them what you have learned, the wings will grow further. These EA2s shall grow

Once the proper strategies are laid down, it becomes very simple to manage a large, active downline. Consider the following guidelines for best results,

i) Each member of your active downline is unique and therefore attention to him/her has got to be
unique as well. You have to bring each of the members very close to know his/her strengths
versus weaknesses. This will result in you offering the desired support.

ii) At times you find a number of members echoing
